Almost...

One more week until the Final Presentation Night (next week on Monday)! This is significant because, since I have completed the Final Product, the Final Presentation night is the last event and assignment for ISM this year.

I am extremely excited to be finished with my Final Product, and I think it came out wonderful! (I have uploaded a copy of the project on my website, and if you go to projects tab and click on Final Product, you can see it.) I am extremely grateful to Dr. Mendoza for giving me the idea for a perioperative checklist because it gave me the opportunity to learn about the responsibilities of anesthesiologists, and also allowed me to create a product that specifies on pediatric anesthesia while having the potential to help individuals.

Speaking of Dr. Mendoza, she has been so crucial to my success in ISM. I hope that after my time in ISM is over, I will continue to stay in touch with Dr. Mendoza. She is extremely kind, and is a wonderful role model who embodies everything I aspire to become.

However, ISM is not over yet. As I mentioned before, I still have to get through my final presentation night. I have to practice my speech, touch up my board, go over the guest list, and print out my final product. It seems like a lot of work, but I am pumped and cannot wait to showcase everything I have learnt in ISM this year!
